Recently i had visited shimla and had purchase lee jackets which showed 40% off. The original price mention on the tag mrp. Rs.6999.00 which is inclusive of all taxes but the bill issued to me is off rs.4410.00, bno.-6217 dated 18/03/2016 to my knowledge i am being 5% extra. It my mistake i didn't check the bill at the time taking the product. When i reach gujarat and contacted on phone 2653191 the person who attended the phone on dt 06/04/2016 time 10.35 a. M said to me yes we do charge 5% on all discounted item and as per your bill handed over to me 5% extra charges are not levied separately. When is visited lee shop and inquired no such practice is done by company showroom.
This show wrong intention of your business with tourist. I have even raise this issue to,
