Sir, i bought everycom led home cinema projector throgh ebay.In. The seller was galaxy it hub, mysure_karnadaka. For resolving the power failure problem they requested me to sendback the item to the company (Galaxy it hub, mysure). I sendback the item on 04/04/2016 and they received the item on 07/04/2016. After that they informed they will replace the product. But till 27/04/2016 i can"t get back the product. The do not give reply to my mail. The price of the product is 10299 rupees.
