Galgotias University — Refund of admission fees.

I took admission in Galgotias University and paid the admission fee as well as hostel fee on 19 August 2020. The fee was 25, 442 rupees each for admission and hostel, coming to a total of fifty thousand rupees. After I got admission elsewhere and cancelled my Galgotias admission, I submitted email and called up the accounts department for refund. the total was they assured me they will refund the money in 3 months. It has been more than one YEAR and still the refund has not been processed. In the meantime, I have left multiple emails and called up the department multiple times and they have always given these fake assurances of refunding my money.
