Galgotias University — Request for Assistance with Registration Fee Refund at Galgotia University

I am writing to bring to your attention the delay in payment of my registration fees after withdrawal from the university. I have been waiting for the refund for the past few weeks, and I am yet to receive any update on the same.

Nature of Grievance: I have paid a registration fee of Rs. 25, 000 on 01.09.2022. I submitted a withdrawal form on 17.10.2022 without even enrolling to the institute. I took the signatures of the Registrar, Account Department, and Dean on the withdrawal form. I also attached the receipt of the registration and a no due certificate form with the withdrawal form. However, the college has not refunded my registration fee yet.

I am writing this complaint to request a refund of my registration fee. I believe that I am entitled to a refund under the UGC guidelines. I would be grateful if you could investigate this matter and take appropriate action.

I would like to request your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible. I understand that the process may take some time, but I would appreciate it if you could keep me informed of the progress.
