Gamca Mumbai — unfit gamca medical test

My wife has done gamca medical test in gulshan centre, mylapore, chennai for family visa kuwait. She has vitiligo disease like white patches in her both wrist only, which stopped spreading many years before. Gulshan center didn't ask anything and they did all test and its normal. Still they unfit her because of white patches. Need justice. She was travelled before. This is second time. Kindly do the needful to get fit report to go kuwait for residence not to work.
