Gameloft — player uses hack id

I'm a player of the game march of empires. My game details are as follows:- my castle name is al€x∆ndeπ from realm 45... The main reason for sending this is to complaint about a player's castle named commander. His castle is totally hacked. His castle profile is totally abnormal noone can play huge no. S of lotteries like him he had played nearly 122k lotteries which is quite shocking.. Not even his castles there are other castles like jaysue, miracle babyrage and a 1.5b player in a korean name with seasonal feats. Commander never gathers and yet gets huge resources. Please ban his account. I would like to add just one more word that there is no response from gameloft although there are many complaints registered by our realm 45 players.. This is a sincere request not only from me but also on the behalf our realm 45 players who r greatly affected by his acts.. I hope gameloft would give a reply for this complaint and act as fast as possible in order to stop further problems.
