Ganga Constella, Kharadi Near Eon It Park — Owner asking to split bill of internal wiring

I have been living in a rented flat since 15tg Jan 2021. There was a shirt circuit on 5tg May due to which full flat's power was disrupted. After investigation electrician had to not only replace the burnt trip switches but also the internal wiring which were melted or burnt as the society is almost 12 years old. I am ready to pay the trip switch and fuse box charges which were damaged due to short circuit but am I liable to pay the internal wiring cost which is clearly deteriorated due to wear and tear since the society is so old. Also being harassed by the broker involved.
