[Resolved] Gati — Bad Service and Package not delivered yet | |||
Hi My name is Raman and at present I am in USA, My went to India on Vacation so I booked Kid cycle for my daughter with Doc no.[protected] from Snap deal and the parcel is held in Amritsar from yesterday. from yesterday I am calling their customer care and emailing them for the issue, First of all their behavior is vary vary rude and till now I did not get any information/ confirmation on the delivery. This is very unprofessional and bad service. can someone help me - what I can do as per the LAW. Please suggest Was this information helpful? | |||
