Gati — Docket No.[protected] Not delivered, no movement date after 17th April 2015

The assured delivery date of material against Docket No.[protected] is today i.e. 20th April 2015. But last status of movement updated in Gati's website is on 17th April and since then there has been no further movement of my ordered material. Lodged a complaint today vide complaint no. 12660067 but Gati's customer service has failed to inform me the present location of material and expected delivery date. I had some similar experience with Gati in past and that's why I'm worried whether I'll receive the material or not.

Updated by saugata21 Received a phone call from Gati customer service. They have informed me the delivery will be delayed for 1 or 2 days. Hope they will deliver as per their commutation. I'll wait for 2 more days.
