Docket Number[protected] It was supposed to be delivered on 22-OCT-2014 On 05-NOV-2014, I received an SMS saying that the it was Undelivered due to “Delivery Not Accepted“. Also in the Gati website now it is showing: DATE of LAST ATTEMPT - NO OF ATTEMPT 1 REASON CONSIGNEE REFUSING TO ACCEPT DELIVERY I am suspecting that someone has made false claim that “consignee refused to accept delivery”. I request you to investigate who has made this false status update. I request you to: 1) Ask the delivery person to call me from his cell phone and talk to me at least one hour before coming for delivery. 2) Click a picture from his cell phone at the delivery location to prove that he has really gone for delivery. 3) Take a written explanation with signature from the consignee for refusing to accept delivery .
