My Docket no. is[protected]. I have attached an image for proof. The Package(2 Nos) is booked on 19th from Jalandhar to Bangalore. The assured delivery date is 28th Feb. They have delivered only one package. It is a shipment sent through online shopping enterprise. I have paid the entire amount which was mentioned on the Package. The other package is missing. I have lodged a complaint with them. Complaint no. is CS66669. Still they are not able to trace the package.

My docket no is[protected]. Pick up date was 18th april 2015. I booked the docket from mumbai to chennai. The day it arrived in chennai one out of my three bags was missing.
First thing is they never delivered on the promised date and they were quite irresponsible when i spoke to them about the bag that was missing . Made at least 20-25 calls and now they are asking me to wait for 15 more days to know whether i will get my claim or not.
It has been almost a month . So i decided to take it up here.
