I booked the delivery of 6 packets from Bangalore to Begusarai (Bihar) on 31st of October as mentioned in the attached scanned copy of the receipt. The status of the couriered boxes was not updated till 4th of November. I was asked to mail the scan copy of the receipt to customer care to get the status. Only after repeated phone calls to customer care I got the status of the packets and got it updated in the system.
Assured delivery date of the boxes was initially given as 13th of November but no delivery was made at that day. Again I called customer care and got to know that the courier was falling short of 1 packet. So I raised a complaint[protected] regarding the same. After repeated request the remaining 5 parcels were delivered on 15th of November.
The remaining 1 packet contains my wedding lehenga and other very important wedding relating items which I need very urgently.
I have been calling customer care regularly to know the status but till date the status remains same i.e not traced. It’s been 12 days since the complaint was raised and now it’s a panic situation for me because I need the packet before my wedding and till today the packet is not even traced. The update in the customer care system showed the packet went missing since 4th of November. I don’t understand why no action was taken for the same.
Also I don’t understand why the status on the website is updated as delivered. I want that status to be change as partially delivered.
I didn’t expect such a poor service from this kind of reputed courier agency. Kindly do the needful at the earliest and please help me to get my packages without any further delay.
