But SUNRISE got another parcel containing TUBE-LIGHT instead of the original parcel (MOTOR). They returned that parcel to Ranchi.
But why would we take that parcel containing another product?
Where is our original parcel which contained a MOTOR? "
This above mail had been sent to Gati-KWE customer care. Our shipment is lost in september 2021, but till date, i did not got any solution regarding this complaint.
At very 1st time, NIKITA was assign for our complaint. She tooks almost 2 months but she did not resolved and stop communication.
Again i complaint to customer care, they give NIKITA's Upper head contact naming TRUSHNA. She again assign an executive naming HITESH. He again initiate complaint process from intitial. Again after 2 days, he also stop communicating.
I again complaint to customer care but now they are not responding regarding our complaint.
Once they drop an email regarding complaint clouser without solving our complaint. i have attached copy of this mail.
I have full Email chats of communication that i had with gati-KWE customer care. I also have snap of our shipment and all the documents asked by Gati-KWE.
