[Resolved] Gati-Kwe — delayed delivery and no information of delivery person | |||||
I have ordered a product through Flipkart and the shipment delivery date was 29th October 2018, till now I have not received the shipment and there is no effort from Gati to inform the customer about the delay. I have called customer care atleast 5 times, they told that it is escalated and complaint is raised. Today they mentioned that the shipment is out for delivery and no one was having Uppal Hyderabad branch address or contact number (very strange). Really disappointed with the service and support to track down the shipment and no commitment of the delivery date. Please help. Was this information helpful? | |||||
