My parcel with docket no.[protected] was booked on 07th Nov 2020 with express delivery service (paid extra for the same) and assured delivery date on 12th nov 2020.
Item is not yet delivered and customer care response team is of no help and all the answers are not professional and of any help.
I never had expected this kind o[censored]nprofessional and pathetic service.
The parcel contained some very important items that i required urgently and never expected this kind of experience with Gati team.
I was asked to write an email and there also on asking logical query there was no response from the concerned team.
The gati customer service is hopeless. No use of calling them.
Please take action about the same at the earliest
