With great disappointment and disgusted by the service of Gati KWE i hereby want to state that i have booked a consignment pickup from Gati on 16th Oct, 2022. As per booking two of my consignments was picked up on 18th Oct, 2022 from Muragacha, Ghola, Pincode: 700110 by Gati KWE person Mr. Ranjeet Rai (Contact-[protected]) from Sodepur Dhankal More central warehouse vide docket numbers:[protected],[protected]. Now it has been over a week i have still not got any update on my consignment and upon checking docket details on Gati website i got shocked to find out the docket numbers had not logged in the system from the warehouse and is showing as no data found in system. I tried reaching customer care but even they are also not being able to track any of the consignments with the docket number. Neither the pick up person is receiving my calls for last 5 days.
I am feeling helpless here and afraid that my consignment is lost/stolen by warehouse person in transit. Request your immediate attention and help here.
Also i have paid a total sum of Rs. 2000 as quoted by the pickup person and attaching the booking receipt copy for reference. Was this information helpful? |
