I would like to launch a complain and strict action I need to be take against GATI. My parcel :[protected] has not delivered on time. I am not sure where its is Customer care people are pathetic. They never respond on mails.. never call back. They keep breaching the SLA Such pathetic service of whole world Request strict action and compensation
