[Resolved]  Gati — Non delivery

I have bought a product from Amarapali jewellary and my shipment was prepaid. as per the SMS recvd from Gati, my shipment should've been delivered on 24th aug 2015. from 25th onwards I started calling them, and even after registering a complaint, no response from them.
