Gauhati University — Graduation certificate

My name is Mayuree Boruah. I have passed out from Handique Girls College in 2016. I have applied for my Graduation Certificate in Feb and Transcripts in April for immigration purposes. Now it’s been 2 months since I have applied for my graduation certificate but I still have not recieved it. Since i am located in Pune currently and due to personal issues I couldn’t visit the university personally so I have hired a consultant on behalf of me. But even the consultants are not getting any prompt response from the university and I need to submit my documents as soon as possible or else it will really affect my career . So I request you to kindly look into this matter with priority
