Gauhati University — Haven't received provisional certificate or original pass certificate

Sir/Ma'am, I have requested for the document (provisional certificate and original pass certificate) online and i have already paid the amount, it has been more than 2 months now but I have not received my document and it's not even on process. Please kindly provide my documents as I'm in an urgent need for my further studies.
