Gauhati University — Payment deducted but form is pending

Sir,
I'm a student of NALBARI COMMERCE COLLAGE. With due respect and humble submission i would like to state that the online form was filled up by me but unfortunately still my payment has not shown yet, but rs.1000/- was deducted from my bank account. I have done the payment as it was showing servor error. The server was error. And sir i would like to ask your help to check on my issue because the payment was already deducted from my bank account but my form, payment reciepts are still in pending.the 3rd one in the photo is the tranjaction
