Gaursons India — NDC Not receive after too many Follow-ups | |
After complete all Formalities in June and paid all money, I am follow-up for my NDC from Vivek Tiwari, CRM team Gaursons but he is not going to reply and everytime told that I will do it today, I will do it tomorrow. He is Incapable person and No idea how to deal with people. They are not Customer friendly people and don't know how to talk their Customers. He is such a lazy person that i have ever met in my life. Gaursons CRM team people disconnect call without your consent and proper response. I have very Bad experience with entire team. Even their Seniors also not bothered if Customer raised any Issue to them, they are very helpless people. Was this information helpful? | |
