GBTU — Refund of seat confirmation fees from UPTU for year 2014

Sir:- I am Kamal Kumar allotted a seat in UPSEE counselling in b.tech in ABES College, Ghaziabad and confirmed the seat by depositing 15000 rupees but due to some reason I have not taken admission in ABES. On asking for refund of confirmation fees, upsee official told that it is not refundable but according to UGC rule 2007 seat confirmation fees is refundable. because the JEE is being return the same. Please do the needful for refund of fees
