[Resolved]  GBTU — Regarding delay in issuance of degree certificate

Respected sir my name is mrityunjay pratap singh s/o giraja shankar singh sir i have passsed my b. Tech in 2011 from united college of engg research greater noida, but i have not received my college degree yet, i tried many time to my college as well as uptu (Gbtu) head office lucknow but i found nothing they did not give me any information regarding delaying my degree like other student i have cleared all paper in time and secured first division but i have not received my degree certificate. Since 2011 i have preparing for government sector exam like engineering services and due to lack of my degree certificate i am unable to attend any interview at the time of document varification...
