GBTU — Result not received

I enrolled in UPTU in 2013 in Mtech Course. from Noida Institute of Engineering and Technology. Specialization was software. I have paid fees for the first year. 80K sum. In total I appeared in three semester exams. and I didn't receive any of the results as all the exam results say that I was absent. I have written a number of applications to the university. No action has been taken till now. I want the refund. as I am paying loan and I cannot just continue like this.
