Today August 05 2023, I received an SMS from paytm mentioning "UPI Payment of Rs. 208.00 at GEDDIT CONVENIENCE PRIVATE LIM has failed".
But I didn't try to make any payment to anyone or any app. Suddenly this SMS showed up from nowhere. The SMS mentioning the order ID and payment has been failed. But i didn't do anything from my end and not register any UPI mandate in any upi app.
When I checked the bank statement, Rs.208 has been already debited by GEDDIT CONVENIENCE PRIVATE LIM. How can they get an amount 208 from my bank account without my permission. This is big fraud. Help me to get this amount . And take necessary action on this Frauds GEDDIT CONVENIENCE PRIVATE LIM.
