Hi,
I've ordered 2 quantities of Maggi cuppa mania masala (70g each) from Zepto grocery app(Geddit Convenience Private Limited) on Feb 27 at 00:24 am for Rs.49 each.
Product MRP is Rs.50 inclusive of all taxes. And the Nestle manufacturer has given Rs.5 discount labelling around the product.
But Zepto didn't provide me the discount. Zepto provided free delivery charge. Zepto should've provided me the product at Rs.45 instead they claim as if they've given 2% discount from MRP and charged me Rs.49 for 1 product and provided invoice with GST.
How can company claim GST again when product MRP is inclusive of tax and Manufacturer's discount not passed on to customers?
