I orderd an item, Order 983629 from, [protected]@gitanjaligroup.com on feb 18 2014.
Rakesh Bhosle confirmed that I will receive it at max 10 days, and most probably before that.
I followed up wth team and to my surprise nothing is being done till 10th day and even after 10 days, I got to know the item is not available.
I have to gift it to someone and whole thing got spoiled. I dont know what compensation should get for this but NEVER TRUST GEETANJALI. PATHETIC company, they dont keep promises.
