Experienced a poor response from the service manager (Vijayender [protected]).
I give my gixxer bike to fix 3 issues, they didn't fix anything and did general servicing[which is i does not require because i did service just before 15days before at same servicing centre] and charged.
I went to servicing centre and met manager, he doesn't apologize and took my bike 2days, again my issue still remains.
Like that 3 times my bike registered for same reasons, and 3 times i charged nearly 4, 700/-.
Even after 3times my issues never fixed at the authorized centre. I purchased some body parts and consulted outside service centre they got fixed.
Experience bad response from the manager they never took care about customers, in the meantime when i waited at the service centre i look a lot of disappointed customers.
I hope proper response for my query.
