FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD General capital & trade investor is a fraud company situated in Punjab, please don't apply any loan in this company, the will ask you to deposit application fee of 34, 000 or above, before sanction of your loan, after depositing money they will not pickup your call, then they will give you excuses for next few days, then they will ask for sense less documents and will not refund you any of your given money for application fee, which they take saying 100% refundable, please stay aware of this company, I lost my 36000 which I gave to this company as application fee, I applied for personal loan

no they want 2 garantor of each candidate.n day want garantor docoment selary certificate, bank statement etc so who will give there own docoment 4 other.so ask company 4 money n docoment back.

Hii dipjoyti, do you know the terms and conditions for the guarantors, if you don't know plz call me I will give you full details and they don't refund you the amount paid as application fee, because for that also they have written condition - if the company will decline your loan application than only they will refund you and if the applicant can't provide all the documents or the guarantors than they will not refund anything.

GENERAL CAPITAL& TRADE INVESTOR is a fraud company situated in Punjab, please don't apply any loan in this company and the company website is bad. I have apply loan on September and as per procedure sanctioned loanwith loan account number 5095GC[protected] and demanded for stamp charges Rs.68400.00 and paid by on line payment on[protected] NEFT /IR74626467, after this in the month of November i have received Loan approval mail, which is stating that your Loan got approved and need Guarantied signature which was not communicated or told earlier, to process this loan amount and they ask me to call LEGAL PANEL OFFICER ON THIS NUMBER [protected]. When i have said i don't Know any guarantied then he said i will check with my friends if anyone is there? Next day Legal panel officer called me and said his friend came to his place to Sign the Guarantied for me and he ask me to Deposit RS.60000.00 to this A/C [protected] in the name of rajinder kumar, Axis bank. Before 4 O clock. After depositing this amont vide on line on dated 06.11.2015 vide IR76903161, Legal panel officer said he will process my loan and i will get within 48 hrs. But still now I haven't received any loan amount from this company. When i call General Capital office on this number [protected] for my loan amount, he said he haven't received any Guarantied document on my name which was not expressed or written in the application form and this manager ask me to call the Legal panel officer to check my guarantied document, i try called legal panel officer on this number[protected], named Mr.Gurivind singh he is poor response to the call. but he never call me again i have to call him every day. it almost four months over still now i haven't received loan amount.
Now I have lost almost Rs.1, 29, 500.00. Please don't apply loan in this company. i had very very bad experience.
And don't believe on their WEBSITE.

I lost my amount application charges=1200, verification, stamp duty charges=6500 around, overall i lost 8K, God should take care of these cheaters.
