This is not first time your are writing Negative impacts about Company .
Yes i had earlier posted about your services as well then you guys contacted me and promised that things will be looked into. as a goodwill gesture i marked the complaint as resolved but to my surprise you guys change rules to suit yourself at your own free will. with nothing to lose i can try my level best that you are not able to fool any more innocent customers.
After Experience three Holidays with us, Now you are saying that Company has done fake Commitments.
You had Experience the Properties Ramada Plaza with us & saying that it is 3* property now you are doing allegations on property Ramada Plaza.Great Sir...
(I had paid you my last installment in october 2018. and till date i had consumed only 5 nights with you. 3 nights consumed at jaipur and 2 nights at agra. well ramada is definately 4* but just to make scene clear. i booked 1 room direct and 1 room thru you. it was 1st june peak summers and off season. i had paid you approx 3900/ night in your package and got this room directly for Rs.1800/Night. if you want i have the receipts. smart work indeed why dont you promised ramada in other cities and other seasons. The other property in jaipur was vesta international you can book it online @ 2800/ Night with bfast and we pay you rs 3800/Night Without bfast. very smart indeed)
You had not stayed to a single property which is 3*.If You stayed . Please tell us Name. we are Sure that you will not tell to any one o[censored]s.
You had not paid the amount of 95, 000 to us please stop making these False statements.
(Yes luckily i downgraded from 5 yrs to 3yrs and paid 50K for 18 Nights. Read my statement again i never mentioned i paid this much it is written we were promised.)
You had bounced the Cheque Several Times & But Company did not put any action on that.
(Action my Foot we are paying you in advance without availing any services. you promise the world and deliver nuts in comparison and expect the clients to pay as promised. i had made up my mind of not continuing with your services but unfortunately i got into your sweet fake promises again and paid the entire amount. please specify if any amount is outstanding against my name in your records.)
AMC is mandatory for Everyone.
(I know AMC is for everyone and never contested this amount.)
We had done so many Email that Breakfast is Chargeable even you had paid for previous holidays also & Now you are doing Silly Talks
(What looks silly to you now is because you were not present at the presentation of your marketing guys at the hotel where we were fooled. you dont know what your guys promised. the marketing people have left job and moved somewhere else and we fools do not have any written proof to show it to you.)
Sir, Please tell us that when you was demanding International holidays from us, is your full membership amount was cleared? Even your cheque was bounced Several times.
(Please dont get me started on this. i have emails with me where i requested holiday in singapore. you sure offered me stay but then their was no point booking through you as we were getting better hotels at lesser prices with breakfast)
You are Clearing the AMC in Splits, Even after that Company did not denied for holidays
(Yes because you guys are not reliable any more. i want to minimize my risk. i had paid AMC for 6 nights and used only 5 nights so far)
Your are demanding holiday for 6 Adults & If Company has asked to clear AMC & Extra beding, then you are start writing review on Social Media. Sir writing review is the only Solution to do demarketing & making negative impact against Company .After Experience three holidays with us. which are Four star Hotels you are saying that these are Sub standard Category.
(Yes i demanded holiday for 6 adults and at the same time i had specified that i will consume my nights for every room that you guys book but to my surprise you guys denied booking on the pretext that we cannot book more then one room on 1 membership. so it was never about AMC or Extra Bedding. )
So once again we are requested to stop these type of demarketing against Company.

(You know what is the problem with your company. you think you can fool people and get away with it scot free. you dont empathize with your customers who have paid you money in advance and are now looking forward to the holidays according to your terms. We have to select destination according to your wishes, dates as per your conveniance, hotels as per your offerings. where is the value in your membership that you promised. we were shown 5* and 7* properties for which we were supposed to pay 3800/ Night. So even if we get hotel worth 5000/night on your membership we would have adjusted with it. but the problem is your ever changing stance.
I may be wrong but 100s of complaints online on various platforms cannot be wrong. their has to be some problem with your company. Why you guys turned off the reviews on your facebook page. if you are such awesome company open your reviews and let your customers give you 5* ratings. Please look within and look into the customer complaints with compassion. This strategy will not take you far. sooner or later you are doomed.
