Hi team,
This is very upsetting and disgusting as we do not have any point of contact to check for our query or book.
This company Genial Holiday club looks fraud and it’s been 4 days we have sent an email to them and there is no response to it.
We are regretting as why we took the membership, we are completely helpless and upset. Not even once we have used the services by them.
The point of contact has left the company and now we are no where as we do not have any contact, we even tried customer care number but the lady says, please send email with your query and they will reply but as I said it’s been more than 4 days there is no response or even acknowledge to our query.
This is one of the worst experiences we have ever had!!
