I had availed home services (Salon service) from get look. The beautification was very careless and have put the boiling water over my face while giving steam. I have got a bad burns on my cheek. The beautician didn't care for what happened. When i approached regarding this issue to their team. They promised that they will get back with the solution. But till now there isn't any update. If am trying to reach them, they are ignoring my calls and not responding to my issue. They had promised to refund my amount as well but till now it didn't happen.
