Subject: Wrong levy of House Tax; bill (No. 1516VS81173) ( now this made correct only) and Tax levied for 3 Bed Room whereas it is 2 Bed Room Flat (Parsvnath majestic Floor, Vaibhav Khand, Indirapuram).
I want to draw your kind attention for rectification of following mistakes in House tax Bill No. 1516VS81173.
House tax bill raised is Rs.800/- or Rs.880/- (revised) which is for 3- bed room flat in my society ( Parsvnath Majestic Floor, Vaibhav Khand, Indirapuram). It should be Rs. 600/- (old) / Rs.660/- ( new rate ) as my flat is 2 bed room flat. Details of bill are given below:

Note : Mistakes are highlighted in yellow. ARV should be 6600 in place of 8800. Old/ New house tax rate for 2 bed room floor is Rs.600/- / Rs.660/- per year instead of Rs.800/- / Rs.880/- per year.
3. I am enclosing two copies of old house tax bills in r/o D-208, Parsvnath majestic Floor ( it is 2 bed room), for FY 2012-13 & 2013-14 which shows House tax @ Rs. 600/- per year ( Bill Nos. [protected], [protected]).
4. I am enclosing copy of my allotment letter which clearly shows it as a 2-Bed room flat of area 1041 sq. ft.
5. I am enclosing copy of ledger/ bill of one of my similar neighbouring 2 bed room flat (D/306) with PIN NO. VS81175 belonging to Shri TARUN KUMAR which shows house tax bill only @ Rs. 600/- and Rs. 660/- ( old & New).
In view of the above mentioned facts, it is requested that mistakes in feed- back data may kindly be rectified so that correct house tax bill may be paid by me in time without delay
