Dear Sir, We are facing a lot of problems due to sudden increase of stray dogs in B-Block Rampuri Ghaziabad. A group of 8-10 stray dogs are attacking the other ones, wounding them seriously apart from posing threat to the human community. They are barking over vehicles and chance to slip them.
