Respected Sir I humbly submit the following few lines for your kind consideration and request to enquiry the forgery of my signature at an earliest and stop for issuing of occupancy Certificate. On[protected], I was there at my new building Plot no-B-44/B, Road no 2, Haripuri colony, near Vasavi colony, Sarror nagar, Hyderabad, survey no 9/1, and your Town planning section Building permit No. 27594/ZC/EZ/Cir-3/ 2013 which is under construction i. e about to completion period, your esteemed office staff has come to verify and to take measurements of the building for issuing an OCCUPANCY CERTIFICATE. I noticed that application has signed which is forged signature. The application which I have not filled, signed and submitted o any where for your kind information. Hence I request to take necessary action in this regard and I also request you to verify my signatures in any other application filed in your office in this building connection without my knowledge and may be informed at an earliest. I am declaring that I am not responsible for any other forgery in this connection. Thanking you.
