GHMC — House tax of my flat at Nizampet

Sir Ref: My PTIN NO [protected] at 1-2-32/VSGK /E-304 I would like to bring to your kind attention that the House tax levied on my flat is on the higher side. It has been fixed at Rs 2995/- for 6 months or 5990/- yearly. I was under the impression that this is the tax that has been levied on all the flats in this gated community, and so did not lodge complaint and have paid the amount duly. Recently I came to know that flats which were bigger in size when compared to my flat have been levied only an amount of Rs 4000/-. Thus I fail to understand as to why I am being charged so high. I am retired person and look upon you to do justice. I sincerely hope that you would be kind enough to reply back to my message with satisfactory details as to why I am being levied high tax. I request you to assess the tax of all the flats properly and fix the tax accordingly failing which I am have to seek justice from other sources.
