Ghmc Property Tax — Paid property tax but not updated on ghmc portal

I have paid property tax
Got this your debit card 5497xxxxxxxx1317 has been used to make a purchase of rs. 4468.59 at citrus pay ghmc mu on 29-feb-16.
But its not reflecting on ghmc site.

When contacted citrux they said : transaction reference number: [protected]_ghmc53 has been successfully processed from our end. Also, we have remitted the funds to ghmc as per the agreed time frame.

Tried contacting sudhamsh also but in vain, he said it will be fixed after 1 week . But when i contacted him he said to contact some other persons . Now plz tell me whom to contact to fix my payment issue .Already opened ticket on ghmc grievence complaint site : complaint no # 2016-02-ms231074.

I have been contacting everyone on ghmc portal but no update till now .Please let me know whom to contact .
