GHMC — PROPERTY TAX UPDATION IN THE GHMC PORTAL

This is to inform you that while trying to pay my GREATER HYDERABAD MUNCIPAL CORPORATION( GHMC) property tax online, the amount got deducted from my bank a/c but this did not get UPDATED in the GHMC official portal. I have checked GHMC website and it is still showing the due . My PROPERTY TAX No( PTIN). is[protected]. The amount is paid through SBI, TRANSACTION ID is [protected]. I am Ch Ramnath staying in Hno 16-10-27/65/202, 78SRT, Old Malakpet, Hyd-36. My Property tax Reference number PTIN number [protected]. I am a regular payer of Property tax every year. For the financial Year[protected] I had paid tax on 20.4.2015, Receipt Number 1291910 in E Seva Old Malakpet, Beside Water works dept, Water Tank, Malakpet, Hyd. The amount paid is 2175.
To my surprise I received notice demand for payment of property tax for the year 2015-16. When I asked the bearer of the demand notice he said that the tax paid is not updated by ESEVA. Immediately I contacted the ESEVA center and shown them receipt, they said that a penalty of Rs 344/-is imposed to me for not payment.
Please update.
