Gic Housing Finance — Home loan statements

The staff sitting at Vashi office are not respond to our mail, They not send any statements for customer remaining amount of frequent reminder don't know where to complaint, we are just asking for statements of home loan whose principal amounts we deposited. we are just trapped in this finance to take loan, lots of agents are there, useless staff are there. i am the person who are more irritated while taking loan from GIC. I don't know when this loan will finish or remain after our death.
I give advice to those new loan commers please don't take any loan from GIC finance otherwise your life will spoil. Not care to Branch manager or owner. They are just grabbing money from customers, not inform interest rate to customer
