This is regarding Policy No.: GA000033. We have dropped so many mails regarding the settlement but we have not received any satisfactory response from GIC Delhi. We did not expect such kind of poor services from GIC. We have been just taking the follow up from GIC delhi branch since January 2021. Also we have already informed GIC in January regarding this matter, but even then February & March installments got debited from the customer account. We don't know why.
GIC Delhi team takes follow up on a daily basis only when they want to sell any loan, but when it comes to settlement, GIC doesn't take any responsibility to take any necessary action in such a situation. Only customers take the follow up from GIC on which reverts are given over the mail rarely. Moreover we have tried lots of GIC customer care numbers but all are not in service.
I believe GIC must have some SLA to complete any such type of settlement, so kindly share that SLA.
Apart from that, we have received the mail from [protected]@gichfindia.com dated March 16, 2021 that the concerned person is looking into this matter, so please share the contact details of that concerned person so that we can be in touch with that person to know the progress of this settlement. Also, in that mail, GIC Delhi branch said "we request to wait as the process takes time", but how much will it take they don't know and also the same is not mentioned in that mail.
We want clarity on this below points as soon as possible:
1. When will we receive original property papers?
2. When will GIC return February & March debited instalments to the nominee account?
In this current COVID situation we expect you to at least revert on this and send our original papers & debited installments at the earliest. Was this information helpful? |
