Gic Housing Finance — Staff not responding

The staff sitting at Vashi office are not responding to any of the mails, They do not send any statements for customer remaining amount of frequent reminder don't know where to complaint, we are just asking for statements of home loan whose principal amounts we deposited. we are just trapped in this finance to take loan, lots of agents are there, useless staff are there. i am the person who are more irritated while taking loan from GIC. I don't know when this loan will finish or remain after our death.
One of the GIC personnel cheated me and allotted loan at high interest rate. Now even after multiple mails, no is providing me any details for the loan certificate or tenure details. How do one submit details to IT or can a complaint be raised to RBI for cheating customers.
