Gic Housing Finance — Yet not received the Noc and property paper after loan closer

My father Mr. Santosh Kumar Sharma has already paid the closing loan amount on 29/12/2022 by cheque and still on 2/2/2023 we have neither received the Noc nor our property documents.

Kindly look into this matter and help us by providing our required papers with Noc.
