[Resolved]  Gift Money — money transfer

I have 5000 rs in gift money wallet. The notification shows that after min. 5000 rs you can transfer your money to the bank account or paytm wallet. But after collecting 5000 rs. Money still not transferred to the bank account. The notification shows that sorry min. 5000 rs required to debit. So please focus on this. Try to do as early as possible. To complete this 5000 rs need too much effort. If i completed wallet with 5000 rs according to condition then why not money debited from wallet. Please solve this issue
