I placed an order through 'the company to deliver a gift to my relative at 'warsaw' poland. As asked online, iwas asked to pay an amount rs 2177/- for a gift i selected. I paid online. I got a mail from the company confirming my order with a delivery date of[protected]. I was given the courier detail i. E dhl courier service, through which the parcel was sent.
On tracking, it shows 'parcel' has reached 'warsaw' but stuck up at custom. Today my relative at poland has been asked to pay custom duty to get the 'parcel'. The company has never informed that there is a hidden cost of 'custom duty' involved. I have given complaint to company, but no response, contact number is always busy.
