I ordered for a bouquet and chocolates for my mum's birthday to be delivered in India on the December 13, 2022.
Based on my last shopping experience with you, I was so sure it would reach in time.
However, it was not delivered on the date.
It has been delivered today, which makes no sense now.
I want you to facilitate my refund request that I have already made.
