Giftstobangalorecity.com — not delivered the order

i ordered chocolates to my cousin in Bangalore yesterday i.e. On 10 APR 2014. before paying online through the site, i called them personally and checked for their confirmation delivery. After they assured me that the chocolates will be delivered before 5PM on 10 Apr 2014, i paid. The order no is : GTBC-1628 and the amount is Rs.525.

i got to know by evening the delivery is not done. When i tried reaching them either they don't answer or hang up after answering. i have emailed them stating if they do not update me on status by 2PM today, i will raise a complaint against them and shocked to see their ignorance even for that email.

if they cant service, at least they should return back the amount. Please promote that it is a fake site.
