[Resolved]  Giftstoindia24X7.com — payment made not refunded item not delivered

I have placed an order for a soft toy worth Rs 1239/- on nov'23. the website guided me to a net banking site through a payment gateway called times of money.com since i have chosen direct pay. I paid through net banking but the site said the transaction is not completed and asked me to try again. So I tried again but the same message came. Hence i availed the service of Livechat and narrated my suffering with this site. the person in the live chat again reiterated me to try once more. but there is no answer for my question what happened to my amount already debited from my bank account. Till now the amount deducted Rs 2478 is not credited again in to my account. this site seems to be fraud one and cheating me like innocents who believe all is well in e- business. I have best experiences with ebay and flipkart. Fellows, pls beware of this site as it may empty your wallet without your knowing
