Ordering online was simple and straightforward, delivery stated 2-4 days, even when I called I wanted the items delivered by 11 August and was advised if I order now shouldn't be an issue. Ordered the item on 6th August, they were sent by courier to local delivery on 10 August (in time for delivery for 11 August) however the local courier failed to deliver them. Having chased gifts 24x7 they kept saying for 3days they are looking into this, even when complaint raised, was advised someone would get back to me in an hour no one did. Having requested a refund on 14 August as to date item has not been delivered, I have been advised one will not be issued until the courier returns the order, so the courier can choose not to deliver and not to return the goods!
