Dear Sir,
I am Sk Zahir Abbas, 28 years old. I have been using gillette guard blade from the begging, more than 12 years.
Recently i purchased two gillette guard blade from our local store but they are not working well, after one shave it is totally useless. When doing the the first shave it was sounding and giving pain .. So I am very upset with this performance.
I want to check with you whether the retailer is selling a duplicate items or not,
The serial no on the guard is[protected] on the barcode)
The store from where I purchased the blade is Adhunika Store, Munshir hat, Chandi More, J.B pur, Howrah, 711410.
Please check and revert, otherwise I will lose my trust in your company and will turn to some others,
